This holiday season Company of Fools presents the Broadway musical that will remind you what happiness truly is – YOU’RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN running December 12-30, 2012 at the Liberty Theatre in Hailey.

The Peanuts gang’s all here – Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Schroeder and Sally – in this delightful musical that will have you celebrating childhood, or revisiting it! Company of Fools will present five sold-out students matinees and fifteen public performances. The show is recommended for children ages six and up and is approximately two hours in length. All children in attendance must have a purchased seat. While Company of Fools strives to provide access for all, we do not permit babes-in-arms in the theatre. We ask that you respect this policy to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of other patrons.

Based on the beloved Peanuts comic strip, this updated classic recently enjoyed a successful run on Broadway. Comprised of memorable moments from the life of Charlie Brown – from Valentine’s Day to baseball season, from wild optimism to heartbreaking despair – this charming musical combines the adventures of everybody’s favorite underdog (and those of his friends, both human and non-human) in the arc of a single day – from bright uncertain morning to hopeful starlit evening. It’s a perfect outing for the whole family!

Under John Glenn’s direction, Company of Fools has assembled a dizzyingly talented cast of actors — Chris Carwithen, Audra Honaker (Richmond, VA), Colin Israel (NYC), David Janeski (Richmond, VA), Norman Payne (NYC) and Ali Thibodeau (Richmond, VA). The artistic team for YOU’RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN includes R.L. Rowsey (Musical Direction), Leslie Owens-Harrington (Choreography), Joe Lavigne (Set Design), Ted Macklin (Sound Design) and K.O. Ogilvie (Stage Management).
